Lentil Bread

Just tried this super easy and healthy Lentil Bread recipe — and it’s a keeper!
Made with simple ingredients like lentils, eggs, yoghurt, and Parmesan, it’s packed with protein and flavor.
Perfect for anyone looking for a gluten-free alternative or just something a little different.
Soak, blitz, bake… and enjoy every bite.
Fresh out of the oven and smelling amazing — who’s tempted to try it?

Ingredients

180g lentils
2 large eggs
100g plain yoghurt
Salt, to taste
10g baking powder
20ml olive oil
½ teaspoon dried garlic
30g Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon parsley or dried herbs of your choice
1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for sprinkling)
Vegetable oil (for greasing the tin)

Instructions

Soak lentils for 1–2 hours or overnight. After soaking, rinse and drain the lentils.

Pre heat your oven to 180 c.

In a blender, mix all of the ingredients except the sesame seeds and vegetable oil, together until they are thoroughly mixed together and combined.

Grease and line the bread pan you are using, and pour in batter. Sprinkle the seasame seeds on top

Bake for 40-45 minutes until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.

Allow to cool for 30 mins before cutting it. Enjoy

Store in an airtight cont for up to 3 days.
